FOR SINGLE AND UNWEDPARENTS6 days of paid childcare leave a year, if they have children below the age of 7 years old.
2 days of paid childcare leave a year, if they have children from 7 to 12 years of age.

FOUR WEEKS OF PAID ADOPTION LEAVE FOR MOTHERS WITH ADOPTED INFANTSThis applies only when the adopted child is below one year old.

2 DAYS OF PAID CHILDCARELEAVERegardless of their marital status , parents are allowed 2 days of paid childcare leave, for children aged 7 to 12 years old.

WORKING FATHERS CAN USE 7 DAYS OF MOTHER’S 16-WEEK MATERNITY LEAVE ENTITLEMENTWorking dads can also use one week of the mother’s 16-week maternity leave entitlement, within 12 months of the child being born.

7 DAYS PAID PATERNITY LEAVEThe 7 days paternity leave must be taken within 16 weeks of the child’s birth.
